Where as I am very pleased with BT Broadband, and would certainly recommend to friends, why is it only new users get discounts?
What about those that stay with BT, why not give them something which makes them feel "Wanted".

After my bt voyager router failed to allow my new dell laptop to connect to it decided to upgrade to total broadband with then new hub. It feels very cheap but it does the job simply. Very reliable connection and connecting a device to it is very simple. Would recomend this to any broadband user |

Great, good connection speed. just dont use the software provided by BT it is not that good. instead use windows or your wireless adapter's own software as it is much less prone to crashing |

Just installed BT Total Broadband and its the best iv'e had there is cheaper isp's (Internet service providers) but as the saying goes "you get wot you pay for".Any problems are fixed immedietly or A.S.A.P and they are very helpful and understanding.(YOU DON'T GET THAT FROM ORANGE(wanadoo),AOL etc) "THANKS BT" keep up the VERY GOOD work & service the best choice all round.
